A "Good Day" Formula

I have considered that there might be a possible formula for creating good days. Today has been one of those. The only formula I see is previous preparation. This preparation comes with no effort. It is received through willingness to flow with the wind and by faithfully taking twenty or thirty minutes each day as quiet time.

There is a difference between trying to create a happening and flowing with what is happening. We can dance the less favorables across the room and release them. Frequently, my dancing with them only takes long enough to know their names and then I release them.

The goodness shines through as enthusiasm, elation, being in harmony with all that exists. It is a sense of understanding and flowing with the Oneness of creation. Activities are effortless. The Love energy permeates every trace of life. It offers true communion.

Pleasures of Autumn

Seeing the painting
