Android 17 was created by Dr. Gero along with #16 and #18. He raided with the other androids in the city with Dr. Gero. He with #18 turned on Dr. Gero and killed him. After fighting the Z Warriors he along with the other androids went on to rampage some more cities. He was the first to be absorbed by Cell. He showed no sympathy for anyone.
