Maxima is my favorite characters from KOF 99, and he is also my first attempt on makin mugen character.  He is for old mugen and around 80% done but since he is my favorite, he will not be released until he is the way I wanted him to be.

Heavy D! is the character that I am workin on right now, he is doin great, but the development speed is somewhat slow (thanks to the EVIL CHIN).  You can get more information of him on the front page.
