Support groups meet to share life stories, experiences, and ideas on compensatory stratagies to help achieve a more independent life. Different groups take on a variety of personalities from social to advocacy work for the disabled community.
Mind Menders is a support group for persons with mild brian injury. While there seems to be no definition that makes sense when you say mild and brain injury together, we invite anyone with a brain injury, family members and interested friends to join us.
The group as a whole makes the decision as to what direction we will go. Advocacy, Instruction, Social, and any other path the group deems to be appropriate.

It is my hope that you will stop in and visit us. Meetings are held every 4 weeks at Covenant Medical Center in the Rehabilitation Unit. Dates and times will be updated on the Mind Menders Website.
