The following things are first and foremost in my life;

• To never rest until the person or persons responsible for the brutal murder of my sister are caught and punished.
• To continue to fight to protect and preserve our Natural Resources, both on and off the Reservation.
• To work towards peace between all races.
• To strive to become a nation where people of color are no longer descriminated against.
• To never give up on fighting for the release of Leonard Peltier and other Native American Political Prisoners.
• And Last but certainly not least...To always respect our Mother Earth and to continue to teach my children and my children's children the ways of our ancestors... so that they will continue to live on.

On 2/14/1999 My sister Toni Night Eagle-Martinez was brutally murdered while sleeping in her home in Iowa. I ask you my friends, brothers and sisters, to offer prayers and lift up your prayer smoke to the Creator so that the person or persons responsible for this brutal and senseless crime are caught and punished to the full extent of the law. Remember that prayer has power.
