Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free. I'm following the path God has laid you see. I took his hand when I heard his call. I turned my back and left it all.
I could not stay another day, to laugh to love, to work or play. Tasks left undone must stay that way. I found the peace at the close of day.
If my parting has left a void, then fill it with remembered joys... A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss, yes these things I too will miss.
Be not burdened with times of sorrow. I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow. My life's been full, I savored much, good friends, good times, a loved one's touch.
Perhaps my time seemed all too brief... Don't lengthen it now with undue grief. Lift up your hearts, and peace to thee... God wanted me; He set me free.
Toni Was always upbeat. She was the first one to try something new, the first one to get you to forget about your worries when you were down, and the first one to tell a joke.
There was nothing she would not do to help a friend, and she never knew a stranger. She would not want anyone to feel sorry for her, but to remember her in the best possible way, as she was here on Mother Earth, and is still in the Spirit World with Our Creator, laughing, dancing, joking, happy... full of life and love enough for everyone around her.
Our sorrow is not for her but for the loss we have felt since her return to the Spirit World. I miss you so very much my dearest sister. Soar with the eagles, and whisper my name to the heavens my dear. One day I will join you, but until that time comes know that you are in my heart and on my mind every day. I love you, Toni... today and always.
