STIER

NOTE: These Gears are NOT made for Rifts! They are made to be up to par with their own world stats, not to be thrown into some big Maelstrom of Hellspawn and Munchkinism otherwise known as Rifts Earth. Please keep that in mind before bombarding me with emails!

BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Stier is an Olive Green Gear developed by the Kislev Battling Commitee for the Champion of the Battling Circuit. Being made specifically for battling, it's speciality is it's immense strength, as well as it's Machine Cannons and Vulcan Guns. It also carries some thick armor plating. However, it is a bit on the slow side, being much slower then the other Gears. However, the rollers on the bottom of Stier's feet make up for it a little.

Non Thruster Leap: Not Possible, this Gear uses Rollers to move.p> Thruster Assisted Leap: Up to 500ft.

Flying: From a stay in place hover up to 665 Repsol (400.995MPH/645.05KPH). But full speed flight can only be kept up for 2D6X10 minutes before the engines overheat and landing will be nessicary. Crusing speed is around 100-200KPH.

WEAPON SYSTEMS:

1: INSTALLED MACHINE CANNON: Mounted in Stier's shoulders is it's Machine Cannon. Stronger then a Chaingun, it's packs a decent punch.

Primary Purpose: Assault.

Range: 2000ft.

Damage: Short Burst 4D6 MDC. Long Burst 1D4X10 MDC. Full Melee Burst 1D8X10/2D4X10 MDC.

Rate of Fire: 4 Short Burst, 2 Long Bursts, or 1 Full Melee Burst per Melee.

Payload: Enough for 5 Full Bursts, 10 Long Bursts, or 20 Short Bursts.

2: HEAD MOUNTED VULCAN GUN: Identical To Vierge.

Primary Purpose: Assault.

Range: 2000ft.

Damage: Short Burst 2D6 MDC. Long Burst 4D6 MDC. Full Melee Burst 1D4X10 MDC.

Rate of Fire: 4 Short Burst, 2 Long Bursts, or 1 Full Melee Burst per Melee.

Payload: Enough for 10 Full Bursts, 15 Long Bursts, or 30 Short Bursts.

3: DRILL CLAW: Equipped on the Left Arm in place of a normal hand is a 3 pointed Drill Claw, capable of piercing .8 sharl of Steel in a matter of seconds.

Primary Purpose: Close Assault.

Damage: A Strike does 5D6. A Drill Strike (striking with the drill going) does 1D6X10 MDC. Holding the Claw up and just letting it drill does 1D8X10 MDC per 5 seconds (1/3 of a melee), and a full melee of that does 3D8X10 MDC, and usually rips a hole in the armor of a Gear (damaging internal circuitry).

Rate of Fire: Equal to Pilot's Hand to Hand.

4: HAND TO HAND: Use Rifts Robot Combat, Robotech Mecha Combat (Any Veritech or Gladiator Destroid,), or Macross II Valkyrie Combat. Stier is an absolute monster in Hand to Hand Combat.

Restrained Punch: 1D6 MDC.

Normal Strength Punch (w/ Normal Arm): 4D6 MDC.

Full Strength Punch (w/ normal arm): 1D4X10 MDC.

Power Punch (requires 2 attacks): 1D6X10+20 MDC.

Restrained Knee: 1D4 MDC. Stier can't kick any higher then that. Kick: N/A.

Full Strength Kick: N/A.

Flying/Jump Kick (takes all attacks): DEFINETLY not Possible! However, crashing down on someone from above via it's rocket thruster does 1D8X10+20 MDC.

Thruster Punch(takes all attacks): 1D6X10+30 MDC.

Body Blow: 2D8 MDC plus a 65% chance of knocking the target down, causing loss of init. and 2 attacks.

Body Tackle: 1D8 MDC and a 80% chance of knocking and pinning the target down, meaning loss of attacks and init until targets gets out from under Stier.

Stomp: 1D8 MDC (Can only be done to Targets under 7ft. tall).

SYSTEM BONUSES: Stier lacks extreme agility, but it's still pretty Combat Adaptable. +2 Attacks, +2 to Strike, +1 to Parry.
