Front Brake Lever Adjustment
Adjusting the Front Brake Lever Distance from the Throttle Grip to the Brake Lever

....While pushing the brake lever forward, turn the adjusting dial (1) until the brake lever is in the desired postion.

....Be sure to align the setting on the adjusting dial with the arrow mark (2) on the brake lever holder.

.....Dial Settings: Position 1 has the the lever the farthest from the grip, while Position 2 has the lever closest to the grip.

....Note:  After adjusting the brake lever position, make sure that the pin on the brake lever holder is firmly inserted in the hole in the adjusting dial.

.....Note:  A spongy feeling in the brake or clutch levers can mean air is in the lines.  The air must be bled out of the lines and that is a good time just to replace fluid.  Consult directions or a web page on the issue of bleeding lines.

....Caution:  After adjusting the front brake lever, make sure that there is no brake drag.  Which means be sure the brake pads are not just resting on the front brake rotor.
