My Tattoo Album

Welcome to my tattoo album! I only have one, and that is quite enough, thank you! It was given to me as a gift by a very dear friend and electric shock survivor named Becky Loyet (Ina Waste Ota Win)as a reminder of my having survived 2 lightning strikes.

The background is the circle wind, or tornado, which represents change incarnate, and the lightning has certainly changed my life!

I do not recommend nor advocate everyone getting tattooed, this for me marks a rite of passage, and the changes wrought by my expiriences.

As I approach my 2 year birthday for my first strike (7/99) I am able to look back, and realize just how far I have come, and look foreward to my first birthday of my second strike (10/00) and whatever changes the futre may bring!

The 2 bolts represent the 2 strokes that bit me, and the tornado represents all of the changes in my life since then...

It is located on my right shoulder, to the left of the bra strap, I am no real sure of the dimensions without having someone measure it for me.
