EDUCATION Summer

Driver Education is required of all students who wish to secure a license to operate a motor vehicle before their 18th birthday. A student must be 14 years of age and have an Iowa Instruction Permit with them on the first day of class. Two summer classroom sessions are scheduled to complete the thirty hours of classroom instruction and six hours behind the wheel sessions. The course is offered through the Mississippi Bend Area Education Agency and taught at Bellevue High School. Registration is by mail early in the second semester and class fee is $320.00. |
