Former Colts Cheerleader part of Shamrox Dance Team

This week's Girl of the Week is Amy from the
Chicago Shamrox. Amy is one of the original 22 girls that will make
up the Dance Team for the club's inaugural year. Although the Chicago
Shamrox are an expansion team for 2007, Amy has experience with
professional sports dance teams. From 2003-2005, Amy was part of the
Indianapolis Colts Cheerleaders of the National Football League.
"I am very excited to be a part of the
Shamrox Dance Team." says Amy. "Since I have some
experience dancing for professional sports teams, I feel that I can
provide some leadership for the team to try to make us the best dance
team in the NLL. This is a very fan-oriented sport and we look
forward to being part of the fans Shamrox experience."
Upon recently graduating from Purdue University
with a degree in Health and Kinesiology, Amy moved to Chicago to
pursue a career in Advanced Pain Care. She is excited to be part of
the Chicago Shamrox Dance Team and hopes to make this group to be the
best dance team in the league.
