the PUDGE PAGE

Our "Pudge" was named after Texas Ranger Catcher, Ivan "Pudge" Rodriguez, along with the fact that he was HUGE! As you can see he was a precious puppy, sitting and waiting patiently for his reward! He learned the "sit" command in minutes!

Pudge grew FAST! His beauty is incredible! His temperament is EXCELLENT! He loves to chase rabbits, cats, and the neighbor's pigeons; and given a fair chance he'll catch them! This picture was taken just before his FIRST birthday.

Always alert to strange noises, strange animals, and strange people, "Pudge" boldly protects his home! It seems with age he gains beauty!At 16 months, he is setting a NEW STANDARD in Eskie beauty! (Of course, we are just a little biased...)

Pudge hasn't forgotten his puppy training, though sometimes it is so very hard to "be still." He would much rather be playing soccer or frisbee with one of the kids!

Here's Pudge doing his impression of Simba!! We call it the "earless lion look." Matt told him to get in his lap...but I don't think Matt really knew just how much "the PUDGER" had grown!!
