Council Resolution of Oct 21 2001 - FOOTPATHS MANAGEMENT/REDUCTION OF RISK TO THE PUBLIC

Minute 358 RESOLVED on the motion of Councillor Christian seconded Councillor King that -

1 Council note the report submitted to the Information Folder of 22 October 2001 relating to footpath related liability and maintenance issues.

2 Council be provided with a report which details possible means for increasing financial resources to address the increasing liability and risk to Council.
