FOUR EASY STEPS TO BODY POPPIN

1. Start with your right arm held slightly away from you. Jerk your right hand in so your elbow bends out.

2. Push your right hand inwards so your right shoulder is forced up untill your head is resting on it. Keep your elbow bent.

3. Swing your head to the left and relax your right arm. Push your left shoulder up so your head rests o it and bend your left arm.

4. Push you left arm smoothly down and away from you as your left shoulder comes down, push your chest out.
