** Aura Perception- Able to perceive the psychic "auras" that radiate from mortals and supernatural beings.
System: Perception + Empathy diff 8. Successes indicate
how much of the aura the character sees and understands.

System: Perception + Empathy diff variable (object used hours ago 5, object used day ago 9)
The greater the emotional connection, the stronger an impression is left.
**** Telepathy- Creates a mental link, ability to have
wordless communication or to read the targets deepest thoughts.
Does not commonly work on the un-dead mind.
System: Intelligence + Subterfuge diff (Targets Willpower)
***** Phsychic Projection- The Kindred with this ability projects her senses
out of her physical sheel, stepping from her body as an entity of pure thought.
The vampire's astral from is immune to physical damage or
fatigue, and can 'fly' with binding speed anywhere across the earth, or underground,
so long as she remains below the moon's orbit.
System: Expend a Willpwer point and a Perception + Occult roll.
The diffuculty depends on the distance of intended trip.
7 is average, 10 an unfamilliar trip, North America to
the Far East via a short-cut through the Earth.
