** The Haunting- The vampire can flood the victim's senses with visions, sounds, scents or feelings that aren't really there.
System- Spend a blood point, roll Manipulation + Subterfuge vs victim's Perception + Self-Control; number of successes determines how long the victim's senses are affected

*** Eyes of Chaos- The vampire may scrutinize the "patterns" of a persons soul. Gain insight into a person's true self.
System- One turn of Concentration, Perception + Occult vs variable. Stranger 9, Acquaintance 8, old friend 6.
****Voice of Madness- The vampire can drive targets into fits of rage or fear by addressing them aloud. The victims are plagued by hallucinations, of their subconscious demons.
System- Spend a blood point, Manipulation + Empathy vs 7, Roll to resist Frenzy diff -1
***** Total Insanity- The vampire pulls the madness from the darkest recesses of her target's mind, and focuses it into an overwhelming wave of insanity.
System- Gain targets undivided attention for 1 full turn, spend a blood point, Manipulation + Intimidation vs victim's Willpower. (If successesful, the victims gains 5 derangements of the Storyteller's choice.) Number of Successes determines duration.
