of AZAM Trading Coporation and AZAM Instruments Ltd., in Dhaka as the main Branch of The
Then East Pakistan. |

| 1972 |
After Liberation war the
company was taken over by the Bangladesh Government as an abandoned property and continued
working under the administrator Mr. K. Ahmed appointed by the Government from the Company. |
| 1973 |
The present Directors
reorganised and formed a new Company under the title "Bangladesh Scientific &
Surgical Instrument Company" on partnership basis. |
| 1976 |
Registered as a Private
Limited Company under the name and title "Bangladesh Scientific & Surgical
Instrument Co. Ltd. (BSS Instrument Co. Ltd.)". |
