Can Ch. Castell I Have A Dream PHC
(Ch. Pinemeade Invest In Bonds X Ch. Brookehaven Sweet Serenade)

"Mona"
Pedigree

17 Sept 1987 - 20 Jan 2003

There is a new star in the sky tonight as Mona crossed over the bridge today, Jan. 20, 2003. She will be sorely missed. Go forth, Dear Oh No, join your family that have passed over before you.

"If you get there before I do, don't give up on me. I'll meet you when my chores are through, I don't know how long I'll be but I'm not gonna let you down, Darlin', wait and see. Between now and then, till I see you again, I'll be loving you! Love, Me .

Mona was probably our best producer! Required spaying prevented her from giving us more than two litters but from those two litters, both sired by Shasta, came 4 champions - 3 Group winners and 1 Best In Show/Best In Specialty Show winner as well as some working titled dogs. Her 5th "champion to be" was lost at a young age to a tragic accident. Mona was a "trashy truckin' dog" for the last several years of her life and never relished coming home to the pack.
Her pedigree represents a combination of some of the finest Pembroke lines in the world.

The three pictured below are littermates from Mona's first breeding to Shasta
born 11 May 1990.

"Cisco"

11 May 1990 - 29 April 04

We were proud to have Cisco loved, owned and trained by Margery Malseed of Olympia, Washington. He was a High In Agility Trial winner and had ALL his NADAC Agility titles in addition to his AKC accomplishments. He acquired his Agility Excellent title at 9 yrs of age. Cisco and Margie belonged to one of the top Flyball teams in the country and were often seen at half-time shows for the Seattle Supersonics basketball games. He was Texas' older brother.
At 11 years old Cisco earned his Companion Dog title with the United Kennel Club!

Am Ch. Castell Destiny Calls
(Int/Am/Can/Mex Ch. Fox Meadows Shasta ROM, PHC X Can Ch. Castell I Have A Dream PHC)
"Piggy (aka PigFace or Piggles Wiggles)"

11 May 1990 - 2 Sept 1999

Pig's journey to her championship was a very long one due to her VERY slow rate of maturing! She was entered in three shows as a six month old pup and never shown again until six years later! At that time, she was entered only to make points for another and came home with 14 points, including a four point major! TWO YEARS later, at eight, Pig went to four shows and finished the third day out! Tragically, we lost her to unknown causes about six months later. Pig was co-owned by Rick and our son, Garrett. She was Garrett's constant and faithful companion. We used to tease him that she only used him for his waterbed! He was hit particularly hard by her loss.

(Int/Am/Can/Mex Ch. Fox Meadows Shasta ROM, PHC X Can Ch. Castell I Have A Dream PHC)
"Teddie"

11 May 1990 - 31 Mar 2003

Teddie finished very quickly in both countries, taking his first American Major by winning the Herding Group. He was also a Group placer in Canada. He was owned and loved by Lissa Marion and Mary Miller of Elko, Nevada.
