FRESH CUT LEAVES: (Your Choice) - In New Zealand they are $NZ1.50 each. In Australia - $A1.50, USA - $US1.50, REST OF WORLD - $US1.50 each.
LEAF PACKETS: Standards: 1 leaf per packet, Semis: 1-2 per pkt, Minis: 2-4 per packet, all depending on size.
Leaves are sealed in ziplock bags, and any SMALL PLANTS shipped have roots carefully wrapped in gladwrap.
Plants are sent a Little Dry to help prevent any rotting. Wilted leaves can easily be plumped up again by soaking in warm water for a few hours, then a fresh 'angle cut' before planting.

When ordering, please give several Substitutes, OR, MY OWN SUBSTITUTES WILL BE GIVEN. A Credit Note may be given for NZ but Overseas this would be difficult to manage, unless particularly requested.

SHIPPING:
All leaves are clearly Named and sent in separate Plastic Ziplock Bags. The parcels are packed with utmost care, and padded as much as possible to prevent movement. A sturdy box is also used. Mishaps in some postal companies do happen, unfortunately! Responsibility cannot and will not taken for this.
All plant material is fresh and from good quality stock. Orders are despatched as soon as possible after assembling.
In NEW ZEALAND we ship via NZPARCELPOST and this takes approximately 2-3 DAYS. Cost is $NZ6.00 for both North and South Islands.
All OVERSEAS parcels are sent NZ AIR INTERNATIONAL, which takes approximately 4-10 DAYS Delivery to most places. I recommend this method, over time it has proven Very reliable and quick, the average time being 5 Working Days.
Also please give Full Name and Physical Delivery Address for speed and ease of Delivery.
There are NO additional charges or fees.
Our temperatures here are mild so that I may ship out ALL YEAR ROUND, so shipping times depends on Your own weather conditions. I do not advise Shipping in the extremely cold, or hot months, and No Guarantee is given. If you need me to HOLD your order, please advise, I am very happy to do this for you. I pack leaves with Wrapping Insulation in each international parcel.
Allow at least a Minimum 3 WEEKS for Delivery After receipt of order. Plus allow extra 10 days for cheque clearance. Our PO Mail Box is only cleared once a week.
