Mycha Danielle, 5, daughter of Todd and Lisa of West Portsmouth, died Friday, April 12, 1996, at Columbus Children's Hospital.

Born March 28, 1991, in Ironton, she attended Trinity Assembly of God.

Survivors also include two brothers, Joshua and Dustin, both at home; grandparents, Mrs. Charles (Mary) Sanford of Wheelersburg, Linda and Mickey Kellogg of Ironton, Lance and Jackie Harris of Pedro; great-grandparents, Jean and Raymond Harris, Ingrid and Carl Williams, both of Kingsport, Tenn. and Alma Sanford of Wheelersburg; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Jeff, Brenda, Dwayne, Amy, Rachel, Michelle, Lee, Dawn, Anthony, and Kayla.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Brant Funeral Home in Sciotoville, with Pastor Rob Holmes officiating, and interment in Sunset Gardens.
