Win My Award

I've been applying for awards recently and decided that I should try my hand at giving an award of my own, so here it is...

So as with most awards there is the application or qualification process. All you have to do is E-Mail Me with Award Application as the subject and the answers to the following questions and I'll review your page. Whether you win or not I will send you a letter, because I really hated it when I never received any notice from people whether I had won their award or not. If you do win I will send you a link to go to where you will find a personalized award waiting for you. So good luck!

I have no big requirements about the pages except that they have to be about music, there shouldn't be any racist or any other hate remarks on the page, and the page shouldn't just be a bunch of links. That's all, so on to the questions.
