I think I should start this page off with a few great series of games.
This series revolves around the catching and training of animals called Pokemon. These animals compete in battles to see who has the best trainer . Now here enters a young boy Ash who wants to become the world's #1 trainer join him in his adventuers .
This version was translated about 35% so it still has some problems. But it does not hinder the game.
Pokemon Blue Version(jap)
This is the second version I posted it revolves more on water pokemon and has different monsters than the other.

This next version is more towards the plant animals enjoy.
Pokemon Red Version (jap)
This version deals with fire pokemon.
Now to my favorite series of all final fantasy . The overall quality of the games is outstanding with involing stories and great plots.
Great action final fantasy game but was actually in Japan part of theSecret of Mana series.
First in 3 outstanding final fantasy gameboy games.
Second in this great line.
Final in this gameboy series.
The Dragon Ball series in Japan has almost god like popularity . This great series is based on a boy named Goku and his and adventures through life and his zany antics.

Great side scroller with an interesting jump option.
Good puzzle game dealing with bombs.
Shooting side scroller with bears resemblance to the nes version.
One on one fighter for gb but hard to play.
Good rpg but graphics lack because of gb limit's.
