| 20th JUNIOR NATIONAL ROWING CHAMPIONSHIP - 1999 |

Mahoba, in Uttar Pradesh was the venue of the 20th Junior National Championship and was rowed between the 28th and 30th October 1999. The Tamilnadu Amateur Rowing Association (TARA) comprising of oarspersons from the Madras Boat Club fielded a team of 7 boys and 5 girls to participate in this event. It was only recently that the women's events were included to form part of the Junior Nationals. |
