I would suggest having Unit meetings, and at your meetings
make sure it covers something for the 4 H's. The 3H's are,
hand, heart, and head. for Example, something for the
heart, maybe recignion, support, a motivating story
something along those lines that show you really care about
your upline. Something for the head... Training, Party
ideas and something for the hand, have whatever your going
to train on a flier so they can take it home and refer back
to it from time to time. Something else I like to do is
have my girls share something rather its a new game they
have come up with, or a sales Idea with a new product.
Whatever they think could help the rest of the unit. I ask
them to have something ready by the night of the meeting.
