Recruiting!!

Referrals are GREAT!! I always let my guests and friends know that I will give a $50 Gift Certificate for Cookin products to anyone who refers me to the next qualified recruit (and yes it can be themselves!) I can do this because my company gives me $200 in merchandise credit for every qualified recruit I sign up. So I am happy to share! Also, I let them know it's a ground floor opportunity in most areas. This helps alot because people like to see something new. And even better, it gives THEM a lot of recruiting potential, too. I DO NOT "bash" competing companies. But, I do let some people know that I have a very detailed comparison of the compensation, hostes plans, travel incentives, etc. for those that are wanting to do a thourough check. Also, with DKFL, I let people know that the kit alone is worth double the investment. They do not have to meet quotas to be a "Friends and Family" distributor. I have three recruits with Tastefully Simple now and just like you said they seemed to come easily - my first was an online customer who thought our products would sell well in her community - she was only going to "dabble in Tastefully Simple" as she also worked for another company and she was not going to "do parties" but only sell at fairs. Well she has become one of the hottest sellers and recruiters after she caught the bug - she loves home shows and I'm thankful to have her on my team!! Recruit number two was a dream come true - after a presentation she came up to me and said "I want to do what you're doing!!" And number three came after a national paper ran an article about the company and she saw the potential and contacted me for more information! Numbers 4, 5 and six are still on the sidelines waiting to make a decision but I'm so excited to see my team growing so quickly!!

Some benefits to your job

This is just something i would let people know that i am able to do since i have a "Real Job!"

1. I can sleep late!
2. Take a bubble bath in the afternoon
3. Pick up my kids from school
4. Make a "real dinner" for my family and enjoy doing it..because i have the time
5. Do lunch..at the drop of a hat!
6. Attend my kids Halloween or Christmas parties at school or even go on field trips whenever i want to
7. Take the day off when i am sick...or if one of the kids are sick
8. No need to worry about daycare
9. Plan activities with my kids on school improvement days
10. Meet my hubby for lunch
11. Spend the nights doing something i love to do...(Do you get to Party everynite?)
12. Make as much money as i want! I give my self a raise when i want one!
13. I am not going to get fired!
14. I love my boss...LOL
15. I can stay home on snow days, curled up on the couch with a cup of hot cocoa and watch everyone else go to work!
16. I can take any day off i want to
17. I can go to work in a pair of sweatpants, fluffy socks and a tshirt
18. I can join my hubby on the days he plays hooky
19. I can go shopping when the stores aren't so busy
20. I can go to a matinee movie!
Now...this sounds like the kind of "job" i will always have! Tell me who wouldn't love it???
