Belinda offers open seminars in many cities throughout the U.S. and Canada. However, we do not schedule them until we have enough interest (requests from you). If you would like her to speak to your organization, please call our office, and we'll be happy to put your name and respective area on our list. When we have enough requests that she come to your location, we will arrange an "open seminar" for all direct sales groups in that area. Our office will then design and send to you a seminar announcement flyer that can be copied and distributed throughout your organization.

Belinda's most popular seminars are: "Step into Success," which covers a wide variety of ideas on how to book, sell and recruit; while her management seminar, "How to Build a Million Dollar Organization" is excellent for leaders. Belinda can also be hired to speak on a specific topic, and specializes in keynote speeches and breakout training sessions at national and corporate conventions.

I know that many of you realize that I am an Avon Representative, so I wanted to share a couple results with you from the year 2000. Last year my downline team sold $7,011,654.00 !! I am so excited! That is a $515,912.00 increase in sales for the year! (those results are for my 1st, 2nd and 3rd generation combined) I am proudest of the fact that within Avon, the highest level in their MLM program is called "Senior Executive Unit Leader" -- and there are only 16 Seniors in the country right now. Within my downline, I have three Senior Executives -- and that's not counting me! To me, that proves my committment to helping other people make their dreams come true. It's not about me, it's about them. That's why I love this business so much -- the more I help everyone else, my rewards seem to take care of themselves.

If you are planning to attend a seminar, you will see real life examples from my Avon business, but they are examples that you can convert to any company. I feel strongly that an idea is most easily conveyed when you can SEE it, not just hear about it. Many speakers won't tell you what company they are with or aren't currently working in the industry any more -- and there is nothing wrong with that. Great ideas come from all kinds of places. But if you are attending my seminar, be prepared to see real life examples and hear real life stories.
