Formed in a high school art class 10 years ago, Red Giant have
become a perfect symbiosis of cutting edge musical ideas and a tribute to the
best music that has ever been played. Anywhere between the Big Bang and
Red Giant, but nothing beyond...
Red Giant has headlined all of the notable clubs in Cleveland, the Euclid Tavern being the most frequent venue.
They have also opened for Viovod, Overkill, Mule, Fu Manchu, Zen Guerilla, Hawkwind, Tea Party, Nebula, Queens
of the Stone Age, and Clutch, proving that they can dock at a variety of stations in rock. Dave Windorf and Ed Mundell of MonsterMagnet have been quoted in several zines calling Red Giant
" one of the best stoner rock groups playing today ." Outside of Cleveland, they
have played Toronto once, twice at the Continental and once at CBGB, both in New York City.
