This is Capitol Free Marine from Warzone. The miniature looks better than this but the way he was scanned in and the gloss coat of varnish makes it hard to see. I like a lot of the Heartbreaker miniatures for Warzone, but they are just to big compared to my Citadel minis. I don't see any sense in buying a bunch of minis that don't work with what I've already got.
