The Company is managed by a Board of Directors, which is headed by the Chairman, Sri S M Krishna, Chief Minister of Karnataka.
Sri H K Patil is the Vice-chairman of the company. He is the Minister for Major Irrigation of Karnataka. The Managing Director, Sri K N Shrivastava, IAS looks after the day to day affairs of the Company. He has worked in various departments of the Government of Karnataka and in public sector undertakings like Hutti Gold Mines, A team of professionally qualified and experienced personnel in various fields like Civil and Structural Engineering, Designs, Finance etc.help the Managing Director.
