Thomas Chambers, Lord of the Manor of Fox Hall, married Mathij Jansen van Ceulen's Widow. As they had no children of their own, Thomas presented the Armorial to his stepsons Matthys and Jan in a ceremony on November 28, 1689. The Coat is a pale background, with a raised chevron emblazened with tiny vertical chamber pieces, and three large chamber pieces, fired proper, above and below the chevron.
