Amethyst's Fae Enchantment

I'm completely fascinated and "enchanted" with fairies/fae. These tiny creatures represent to me a joy and serenity unlike anything else I’ve come across. In my RL, I have a small collection of fae figurines and fountains in my home.

But it was here on the net. I first discovered these wonderful little pixes while surfing, looking at so many wonderful sites devoted to these delightful creatures!! It didn't take long for them to have me completely under their spell. Now I'm a full blown believer (clapping hands). In fact, I became so in awe that I had to create a site devoted to the Fae.

Oh my goodness, I can’t believe that this site is about to turn four years old. It seems only yesterday that I was just creating this site. There have been many changes in the past four years, and I’m hoping that this site will survive for many, many more years.

Just recently, I was looking at all the websites that I have, and knew that it just wasn’t fair to myself, or anyone else to attempt to manage so many. So, I made the difficult decision of what sites I could part with, and what sites my heart would not allow me to close. When it came to this one, I knew that I could not let it go. That not only would I keep it, but that it was also time for a major update and remodeling.

I had to make sacrifices – letting go of my Labyrinth site. But, I realized last night, that I could continue to keep a small portion of Labyrinth. I’ll add a section of fantasy movies. Most of my favorite fantasy movies.

I’ll be making some additions to this site, in the immediate future – more Fae Artist, Fae Cross Stitch patterns and perhaps even more. I’m leaving this entirely up to my imagination – so continue to check back to see what I’ve come up with next.
