Industrial Designers Club of FKM, UTM is a student society which gathers all Industrial Design students in Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.

Established in 1998, it all started when a group of first year students gathered and formed an ad-hoc committee.At first, the purpose of the ad-hoc committee was to raise fund for a their new studio.Soon, these students realized that to move on as a team, they have to move as a recognized body. Thus, IDC was born. Registered as one of the student's club under the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, UTM, IDC have been given a full support from all Industrial Design academic staff of the faculty.

At present, IDC has more than 80 students as its members. Producing the best Industrial Designers in the country is one of the club's objectives and up till now, IDC is trying its best to make it happen.
