With the market expanding as the world contracts, IPS will take advantage of opportunities to serve the global expatriate market. The door to progress is wide open for our country as we expand and deepen our service to cherished clients.

Our Guiding Policy

Our company’s success can be largely attributed to the outstanding leadership of our management force.  A philosophy of firm and swift decision-making allow us to cope with the competitive and rapidly changing environment  of the telecommunication industry. We employ original and consistent strategies to attract customers. Our employees are all young, energetic and vibrant and excel in taking on new challenges in this new and exciting field of communication.

One of our strong points is sales power and we lay great stress on it. We are specialized in the field  of international communication. We are experienced  at dealing with the Philippines, Hong Kong and Brazil. Eventually, we will be ready to serve the Filipino market in Australia, Taiwan, Saudi Arabia, Italy and other European countries. We intend to strengthen this field and consolidate our unique position in the industry. We constantly recruit energetic people for our engineering force.

We do not consider Tokyo, Japan the center of everything.  Our principle is that   we should have a worldwide perspective. By placing  footholds in a variety of international markets, we hope to strengthen our business network. We are committed to render all types of goods and services, focusing on the needs of the Filipino residents in the various parts of the world.

With our innovative selling styles in providing these telecommunication services and other value-added services that are being catered directly to our end users, we look forward to more leaps and bounds in the future of IPS.

Human Resources are the base  of the company’s development. Active recruitment makes us the dynamic company we are.

The people an organization has procured must be trained development, and educated. The continued growth and stability of an organization depend upon the quality and adequacy of its human resources. It is therefore, desirable that its employees and officers be developed to the optimum level of their potentials.

Global Market, Multinational Staff

As the entire world breaks down all barriers to telecommunications and trade, our company has grown to meet the opportunities of this current trend. IPS operates multinationally, with main branches operating in the U.S., Brazil, the Philippines and Hong Kong. With its wide reach,  IPS has increased its workforce not only to sell our products but also to provide other services. Our company is divided into Profit Centers( PCS). Each small group is regarded as an independent earning unit and follows a uniform policy. We introduced Matrix Management which enables PCs to learn from each other.

Aware of the rapidly changing environment of the telecom industry, our company is built on the dynamism of our workforce. Personnel management encourages staff to choose and trade projects according to their needs and abilities. This is just one of the many ways we develop and stimulate our staff to draw out the maximum potential of each individual. IPS also enjoys the diversity of a multi-racial workforce that greatly helps in the production of new ideas.
