This power stimulates the effects of a blood bond. It is not a sure method of control, and does not last as long, but is potent.
System:Player rolls Charisma+Acting vs target's Willpower. A Successful roll indicates the victom is attached to the player as is blood bound.
*Also Paralyzing Glance and Spark of Rage

Level 7 Cooperation
You can nudge Kindred into comradaderie.
System: Roll Charisma+Leadership vs 8. Number of successes determins the number of indivivuals afftected. The effect lasts for the scene
1 = 2 people
2 = 4 people
3 = 8 people
4 = 20 people
5 = Everyone in the immediate vacinity

Level 8 Iron Clad Command
Very very hard to resit this power. Once learned it is always in effect
System:A plane Jane mortal can not resist, a supernatural can try. He must roll Willpower vs the players Willpower +2 (If the difficulty goes over 10, it can not be resisted) He has to make this roll the first time he attempts to spend a Willpower point to overcome the Presence, after the roll is made he can spend the maximum number of Willpower points equal to the number of successes he got, for the rest of the scene. A botch doubles the characters Presence dice pools against the victom for the rest of the night.

Level 9 Pulse of the City
This allows the vampire to control the emotional climate of the entire region around her.
System: Spend a Willpower point. Roll Charisma+Area Knowledge vs 10. (Area knowledge must pertain to the region ebing affected.) Number of Successes determins duration. This can be used by a vampire in Torpor
1 = 1 minute
2 = 10 mintutes
3 = 1 hour
4 = 1 day
5 = 1 week
