Oliver Edward Heal was born in Middlezoy England on August 16th, 1862 the son of Thomas Heal and Mathilda (unknown maiden Name)Heal. He attended school in Middlezoy and later immigrated to America where he lived with an uncle by the name of Wayne Heal in Bunker Hill Il.
On Febuary 28, 1893 he married Laura Mae Hook in Woodburn, Il. Laura Mae Hook was the Daughter of John Hook and Ann King. John Hook was born in England. Laura Mae was born July 19,1871
Oliver Heal died July 17, 1944 in Macoupin Co., Il. Laura Mae Heal died Febuary 28, 1938 in macoupin Co.,Il. both Oliver and lara Mae are buried in the Centerville cemetary Centerville, Il.

Ernest Heal and Cecelia Ahrling
Ernest Heal and Ceclia Ahrling were married December 23rd 1923 in Waterloo, Il. They lived in and around Gillespie, Il. Where they farmed most of thier lives.Cecelia also worked in a garmet factory in Litchfield, Il. Ernest died Febuary 9th 1976 at home in Gillespie, Il.
Cecelia known to her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren as "Granny" was loved and admired as the head of her family until her death on October 15th 1991. The Children of Ernest Heal and Cecelia Ahrling
1. Dean Maurice Heal born January 15th 1936 in Plainview, Il. Graduated from Gillespie High School. Dean enlisted in the United States Air Force and was a Pilot flying C-141s he served in Vietnam before retiring. Dean married 1st Shirley A MacLeod in 1958 in Orlando, Fla. they had one Child Rebecca Heal. Dean married 2nd Lois E. Roos. Dean and Lois live in Sumpter S.C.
2. Edward Arnold Heal born December 9th 1939 in Shipman, Il. He graduated from Gillespie High School where he also played football. He Married Mary Ann Brown July 3rd 1958.
Ed worked for over 30 years at Leclede Steel where he was a Foreman.
Ed married 2nd Terry Dale Boatman Lakin daughter of Dale Boatman and Doris Lee Hearn on September 24th 1971.

Stephen Ray Heal born April 11th 1948 in Carlinville, IL. graduated from Gillespie High School then went on to college and recieved his teaching degree.Stephen (Ray to the Family) spent a good many years in Special Education. On November 6th 1970 Stephen married Diane Francis Lawler in Bellville, IL.

1.Theresa Lynn Heal born January 20th 1959 at St. Francis Hospital Litchfield, Il. Theresa Graduated from Gillespie High School and worked at St. Francis Hospital while working her way through nursing school.Theresa married Randall Joseph "Turtle" Shuey Febuary 14th 1989 in Carlinville,Il.
2. Rita Ann Heal born March 11th 1960 at St Francis Hospital Litchfield, Il. Rita married 1st Edgar Ernest Henry Bruandmeier in December 1976 they had two sons Joshua Michael Bruandmeier born July 10th 1977 and Zachariah James Bruandmeier born July 22nd 1979.Rita married 2nd Thomas Monroe Deck in December 1981 they had one daughter Brandi Nichole Deck born December 14th 1983. Rita married 3rd Richard E. Riedesel on September 30th 1995 they have one son Ryan born 1998.
3. Deborah Sue Heal born July 30th 1961 at St Francis Hospital Litchfield, Il. Deborah graduated from Gillespie High School, and in 1999 recieved her Associates Degree from Licolnland College in Springfield, Il. She married on June 6th 1985 Dan Usherwood they have one son Alexander Arhling Usherwood.
