Open Opposition Contracts
On this page are the primary enemies of the Conclave. These individuals have spoke out against the Conclave, have tried to assassinate one of the Heads of the Orders, or have even slain Conclave members. Each of these people are open to Conclave members. This means that any mage may bid on a contract. This is done through e-mailing the Master of the Conclave. If the Master replies to a bid, that person has won and is free to pursue the hunted. Mages may choose to cooperate and in such a case, all names of the party must be included in the bid. Thses individuals are accepted dead or alive. The Master warns that most of these people are extremely dangerous and recommends several mages to form Slaying parties. The people on this page are condemned to death, be it at the hands of the captor, or by the Conclave as a whole. The Master of the Conclave rewards the fulfilling of such contracts with magical items, valuable to any mage. However, to be sure that all wizards remain honest, there must be at least two witnesses to the act. Good luck to all, and may Ragnorak and your moon be with you.

This Liche has continually been attacking our heads and our mages. He is a threat to your very lives. If you hunt this liche, do so in numbers, or don't do it at all he is not to be underestimated.
Garamon_Skeletal_Liche
This man is also a great threat to the conclave, being paired up with Limdul they make a very formidable opponent. They are both extremely skilled in their magic, but are still a constant threat to us.
Remember that the Master of the Conclave values his mages over any amount of personal satisfaction. If a mage does not have the ability to defeat a contracted person, Arimas strongly condones the persuit of him or her.
