 9:30 - 10:00      Registration 

10:00 - 11:00      Dr. A. John Clark, Director of the Pain Clinic at the QEII,
                   will be speaking on:  "Pain: Impact on Quality of Life" 

11:00 - 11:20      Break 

11:20 - 12:00      Keith Colwell, MP for Eastern Shore, will be speaking on:  
                   "Applying for CPP and Disability Pensions"

12:00 -  1:00      Lunch 

 1:00 -  2:00      Dr. Helen Hays of Edmonton, AB, will be speaking on:
                   "Meaningful and Realistic Partnerships for those in 
                   Chronic Pain"

 2:00 -  2:15      Break 

 2:30 -  3:15      Mary MacDonald, a member of the HRM Chronic Pain Support
                   Group, will be speaking on:  
                   "Her personal story of living with Pain" 

 3:15 -  3:30      Helen Tupper, President of NACPAC
                   Closing Remarks 
Each speaker will be followed by a question and answer period.

Cost is $20.00 which is to cover the costs of the conference

so that we know how many people to order food for, during the breaks

You don't need to pay until the morning of the conference if that is more convenient,
but having your names and addresses saves a lot of time the morning of the conference
