If you are going to be a dancer you need a healthy diet. Make sure you eat lots of veggies and fruit. At least 5-11 Servings of these each day. Also you want to keep the fats and oils to a minimum. Also you want to make sure you get plenty of the dairy foods and calcium to keep your bones strong. You want to have wheat and grains in your diet too. These are very healthy for you. They help keep away colds. So that you can dance even more. If anyone tells you should lose weight. If you are eating right, you have nothing to worry about. Many girls or boys feel they need to keep very thin. Some get so worry so much they will start to have eating disorders. No one needs to lose weight bad enough to have eating disorders. It is just going to hurt their bodies. If you just eat healthy you have nothing to worrt about. If you do have an eating disorder please tell someone so that you can get help.
