Oh, the countless hours I spend,
Watching you, breathing your scent from a distance,
And from wake to slumber, and slumber through,
I thank God for your existance.
As I am mezmerized by your smile,
which the god's have so carefully perfected,
find such happiness in my dreamy state,
{though, 'tis not toward I directed}
What poetry I whisper!
Though, you're too far away to hear,
My heart yearns for my lips to shout,
But my throat is choked with fear.
Though I loathe my tongue for it's silence,
And cursed is my heart's persistance,
Somehow it is I find such joy,
As I love you from a distance.
