You Make Me Feel Alive
You make me feel alive again. And it has been awhile,
Since I have felt so wonderful or felt like I could smile.
You fill my heart with joyfullness. You make me want to sing.
You make my eyes shine brightly. Oh what an awesome thing,
To find someone who makes me laugh - Who makes me feel So Fine -
My days are so much brighter And - to me - you're like Sunshine.
And oh, I'm full of thankfulness To have someone like you.
Someone to share my trials with. Who helps when I am blue.
Someone, to share my joyfulness. Someone, with whom to sigh.
Someone, to laugh at life with. Someone, with whom to cry.
So I just thought I'd pen some words 'Bout how you make me thrive.
And let you know, the way I feel.
