Purple

If beauty is in the eyes of the beholder
Then the beauty in mine is all true
For the beauty in the eyes of this beholder
Makes my heart always beholding to you

If somewhere in soft reality lies a narrow stream
And if in that stream someday should you be
I would let down my cup, and then drink it up
Just to have more of you inside me

Should heaven have a purple curtain grand
Never could it be as you are today
In that purple you fulfill in this mans will of wills
A vision of heaven as together we swayed

Guess in this heart there are words running over
In these eyes seeing you in your truth
Yes the beauty is in the eye of the beholder
And me, I'm beholding you
