Chris: Chris's mom has been extremely supportive of his music career.
She says that he was singing before he could even talk! He would sing
lullabies and other little things. Chris says that he always loved music,
loved performing music, and loved listening to music. There have been
many musical talents in his family. Chris's grandfather was in a band in
Pennsylvania. Also his uncle has been in a band, his cousin's have been in
a band, and his aunt is in a band. Chris is very proud of his aunt for winning
an award for best up-and-coming artist in Pittsburgh.
Justin: Justin also was brought up in a very musical family. His dad and
uncle used to be in a bluegrass band together. He remembers when he was
little he used to go and watch them perform, but always he brought his little
toy guitar with him. He tried to mirror what his dad was doing with his guitar.
"I'd be looking up at him and trying to hold it up the same way he was, but I
was holding it totally opposite," Justin says. (How cute!!)
Joey: Joey's dad is very familiar with the music business since he was in
a band himself called the Orions. So he was just thrilled when he found out
that his son was in a band. He loves to see his son be so successful. This
was something his dad always wanted. Joey says, "Now I'm fulfilling his dreams."
Lance: Lance's dad gave him a lot of support and advice to help make his dream of
singing come true. "My dad has helped me in everything about life," Lance admits.
"He's taught me all about morals and about everything that's come from my family.
JC: JC didn't pick up his singing skills from his dad. His dad although has been
very supportive. "He always says, "If you ever need anything, let me know.' He's a
solid individual. He's steady in what he does, and yet he's always looking for more to do."
(What a great dad and role model!!)
