Mortality Schedule
Index
Searches
What is a Mortality Schedule? Basically, it was a list made by
census takers during certain census years which named those in their district
who had died in the year prior to the census being taken. This information
was used to calculate how many people had lived and died in a given area,
but also provides valuable information for genealogists, including names,
ages, cause of death, residence and sometimes other facts.
A limited number of Mortality Schedule Index schedules are currently
available for only $5.00 per name per year.
Photocopies of information relevant to your search criteria are included.
Years marked with an X are currently available for searches.
