-The current leader of the Unknown Vice Lords is Willie Lloyd. He was released from prison in 1992 after serving 10 years for a conviction of murder and robbery of an Iowa State Trooper; however, in October, 1994, he was rearrested and is currently being held for a federal firearms violation.
