Some people doubt that each of us
Have Angel's to protect us
Assigned by GOD when we were born
To love us and direct us
And though we cannot see them
They're always at our side
Companions while we're living
And after we have died
GOD knew we needed someone
To watch us night and day
To guide us down the narrow path
And keep all harm away
Someone of endless wisdom
Whom he could always trust
To guard us every minute
And take good care of us
So carefully he chose each-one
For every living soul
Some with wings of silver
And some with wings of gold
But all filled with a burning love
That never has an end
And each of us is blessed to have
~A SPECIAL ANGEL FRIEND~
Globe by Pam's Angel Garden
The creatures most like God, the angels show forth best the goodness, the majesty, the glory of God; these are His most perfect images, and so the ones to be multiplied with divine extravagance. Heaven and earth are indeed full of His glory. Because the angels are bodiless creatures, pure spirits, it is too often concluded that they are supernatural beings; they are not, God is the only supernatural being. The angels are natural beings, they belong in, and, indeed, dominate our world. They are creatures as natural as oaks, or sunsets, or birds, or men. To call them supernatural because they are not like ourselves is a part of that provincial pride by which a man puts human nature at the peak of the universe, primarily because he himself is a man.
Today I stumbled and once again,
was lifted by an unseen hand.
What comfort and joy that knowledge
brings,
for I hear the whisper of angel wings.
The guardian angels god sends to all,
To bear us up when we stumble and fall.
Trust him, my friend, and often you'll
hear,
The whisper of angel wings hovering
near...
it is said, and it is true, that just
before we are
born a cavarn angel puts his finger to
our lips
and says, "Hush, don't tell what you
know"
this is why we are born with a cleft on
our upper
lips and remembering nothing of where we
came from.
