UNITED WE STAND

GOD BLESS AMERICA

ON SEPTEMBER 11, 2001 A NEW DAY OF INFAMY WAS CREATED. THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA WAS ATTACKED BY A FACELESS COWARD. OUR HEARTS GO OUT TO THE FAMILIES OF THE VICTIMS AND TO THE NEW YORK FIRE AND POLICE DEPARTMENT WHERE OVER 300 OF OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS WERE LOST IN THE LINE OF DUTY. WE ALSO PRAY FOR THE VICTIMS IN WASHINGTON D.C. AND PENNSYLVANIA. YOU FALLEN COMRADES ARE THE HEROES OF ALL OF US AND WE WILL NEVER FORGET.

GOD BLESS THE USA

Welcome to the Benton Fire Department Webpage

This page is dedicated to one of the finest fire departments in Southern Illinois. We are a community of approximately 8,000 inhabitants. Benton has 7 full time firefighters and 30 volunteers. We are the only fire department in Southern Illinois that has a hook and ladder truck. We also have a tower truck and two pumpers, one of which carries 2,000 gallons, I am in the process of updating this website again with new pictures and information. Thank you for visiting and please come back again for periodic updates.

This site is best viewed using Internet Explorer and resolution 800x600 if you need internet explorer you may download it here.
