Broadway School of Dance / Windy City Dance Studio Tuition & Fees

Tuition is based upon four 8-week terms and one 5-week term - Please call school for current rates!

General Tuition Policy

1)  Four 8-week and one 5-week term is due at least two weeks prior to due date. Annual registration fee is $10 in addition to the first term payment. This reserves the student's placement in class.  Checks may be mailed in advance to the appropriate studio/school:

2)  Late charge of $10 will be imposed for tuition paid after the stated due date.

3)  Contact the director to arrange any special financial arrangements that are needed.

4)  Returned checks are costly to the studio/school.  There is a $25 service charge imposed on all returned checks.

5)  If a student is unable to take a scheduled class, the time can be made up by taking another class during the same term.  There are no refunds on missed classes.  If you prefer, you may arrange to pay for classes on an individual basis (there is a premium charged for this arrangement).

6)  If your child, due to choosing another activity, has a conflict with the class schedule to which you have registered and paid fees for decides to drop the dance class, the dance studio/school is not responsible for refunding or transferring the monies.  You have paid in advance to secure your child's position in the class. There are no exceptions.

7)  This studio/school is closed for one day in November (Thanksgiving), three weeks in December (Christmas break), one week in March for Spring break and legal holidays.  Christmas and Spring break have been adjusted in your payment.  Classes that fall on other holidays must be made up in the same term in which they occur.

There is a $1.00 per hour premium charge added for Pay-per-lesson tuition.  Please call for arrangements.

Discounts:  2 hours/week or more - 5% off, 4 hours/week or more - 10% off

15% w/friend discount

Private classes available upon request - subject to time slot availability.

Note:  Tuition fees are standard.  There are no refunds or discounts for missed classes.  Students are responsible for scheduling missed classes. There is no transfer of tuition for missed classes.
