Places We Went to in Orlando, Florida
The Seniors from Unity High School went to Orlando, Florida for the Senior Trip. We left at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 6th. It took a long 24 hours to get there, but it was worth it. When we arrived in Florida, May 7th, we went straight to Universal Studios. That was a lot of fun. We were able to learn & experience what it was like to be involved in a movie. We departed and continued to our motel. We woke up bright and early on Friday, May 8th. We left straight for Kennedy Space Center. From there we went to Cocoa Beach. We enjoyed swimming in the ocean and catching some rays. We also went to Ron Jon Surf Shop on the beach. We went to Old Town that night. Old Town consisted of many small shops and carnival rides. On Saturday, May 9th , we packed all of our stuff to go home. Then we went to Wet 'n Wild water park. At 3p.m. we left for home. We arrived home at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, May 10th. We were home 5 hours early. The weather was beautiful the whole time we were there. It was about 85-95 degrees most the time we were there. The only time it rained was when we were driving down and back home.
