IWRG from Arena Naucalpan taped April 4th!!!!!!!!

*** Zonick and SAITO vs Rey Cuervo and Neon.-

2.- SAITO shows he knows some lucha armdrags, Zonick and Neon try to get the crowd into the match but show little in the way of work... while Rey Cuervo works the classic rudo style, taking a couple of Jerry/Fuerza like bumps... the finish of the fall has Neon doing some headlock takedown on Saito, then setting him ready for a senton from Cuervo with a bodyslam, Saito is pinned, shortly after, Neon makes Zonick quit with an indian leglock with armbar (or something like that, 1.5 Tequila sunrise?) hold.

3.- The rudos are in control of the early part of the fall with some team up moves, Zonick reacts with some kicks, a stunner (almost) and a 'catapulta' on Neon, Saito is tagged in, he dominates Rey Cuervo with some kicks, and an over head double underhook suplex, Saito gets a 2 count but Neon makes the save, Neon does a double underhook powerbomb on the Japanese, but Zonick makes the save this time, they start missing sentons untill, at the end, the tecnicos manage to get the two rudos into one of those whacky double team submission holds (which should had been broken because of using the ropes)

*** Kanda Fantasy and vs Mercurio and Mochizuki.-

1.- Mochi and Kanda open the match trading holds and counter holds at a good pace, but without focusing in anything on particular and Mochizuki staying on the thecnical ground, Fantasy and Mercurio are tagged in, good primera caida stuff... with the Mexicans being then the guys with the matwork, with Mochi entering a couple of times to break some holds from Fantasy, and drawing a good amount of heat... Mochizuki starts going on harder with Kanda as he and Mercurio gang up on him, Mochi puts Kanda into a double armbar hold, but Fantasy enters to break the hold, give the Japanese rudo some slaps, fireman carry, slam, crab, Mercurio breaks... armdrags... things cool down somewhat as Mercurio and Kanda are again tagged in... Mercurio gets the better from their battle but the tecnico manages to rally back, so Mochi enters to fight for control again, but is powerbombed and defeated via pin, while Mercurio is forced to submit to a 'el cristo' hold by Fantasy.

2.- Kanda and Fantasy enjoy a few moments of offense before Mochi and Mercurio let the brawl break lose, after some minutes beating the tecnicos, they get the second fall. 3.- The rudos continue with their offense into the third fall, eventually, Mercurio is kicked by Mochi, enabling the tecnicos reaction, they battle for a while, with Kanda beating Mercurio in the ring and Mochi being punished by Fantasy down on the floor, Mercurio is put into a submission hold but Mochi returns to the ring a dropkicks Kanda, and then puts him on a 4 figure leglock, Fantasy breaks the hold, then some mayhem happens with the camera guys taking the crowd instead of the action and Kanda falling from the tob turnbuckle... the tecnicos hit double hiptosses, then the rudos throw them off to the apron, but the tecnicos reenter the ring with suset flips, getting double near falls, but the match goes to the rudos as Mochi uses a Northen Lights Suplex to pin Kanda and Mercurio uses the 'quebradora de a caballo' on Fantasy to take the match.

*** Multifacetico, Ultimo Vampiro and Slayer vs Principe Maya and Neo and Geo.-

1.- They took forever to start this match, as Principe Maya spent a lot of time getting some old time rudo heat, refusing to lock horns and going out of the ring... eventually, everyone got to do some matwork, with Ultimo Vampiro and the rest of the tecnicos hitting some good armdrags, but that was about it, the rudos could keep on pace, and even had a spot in which they start making mistakes and hitting each other, with Neo and Geo attacking Principe Maya at the end. The finals has Ultimo Vampiro delivering a hurrancanran on Maya, while Neo submitts to another 'el crsito' hold from Fantasy, and Mutlifacetico performs a second rope springboard reverse tope on Geo, to get the 3 count.

2.- Fantasy and Ultimo Vampiro keep ahead on the match with their usual tecnico offense, but Multifacetico fails to hold his end of the fall as Geo takes him to 'la esquina del dolor' and the three rudos are able to outnumber him, Fantasy soon follows the same fate... and the brawling is stablished, the rudos triple team on each tecnico with some kicks, slaps, stomps, elbow drops and at last, Vampiro is pinned after an inside the ring second rope springboard diving senton, as the rudos take the fall.

3.- More Hermanos Dinamitas style tactics from the rudos to begin the last fall, soon, Multifacetico stages the comeback with double dropkick on Neo and Geo, so the tecnicos brawl back for some time, till things settle down a little. Neo and Geo recover the flow of the mach double teaming Mutlifacetico, who was not very accurate this time... Neo puts the tecnico into a variation of 4 figure leglock, but Ultimo Vampiro enters to dropkick the rudo and break the hold, Principe Maya is also dropkicked and goes out of the ring so Ultimo Vampiro can deliver an over the top somersault plancha!! That thing destroyed Ultimo Vampiro's legs as they hit the barrier... Geo and Neo go out of the ring as well (from different sides), so Multifacetico nails one with an over the top leap frog diving tope (or something like that), while Slayer decks the other with another over the top somersault plancha! Ultimo Vampiro and Principe Maya made it back to the ring, Maya does a bodyslam on Vamp, but then misses a senton, so Ultimo Vampiro hits a legdrop and makes Principe Maya quit with the Texas Coverleaf.

*** Dr Cerebro, Shiima Nobunaga and Bombero Infernal vs Super Muñeco, Micke 'El Suicida' Segura and el Salsero.-

1.- Once again, they take for ever to start wrestling, with Bombero leaving the ring every time Salsero is in, this last for a long time untill Cerebro manages to grab Salsero and take him to 'la esquina del dolor' so the rudos can beat him for a while, a foul takes Salsero out of the action for some time as Micke gets to do his stuff on Dr Cerebro with a cool 450º vertical armdrag... later, Super Muñeco gets to do his 3 moves on Bombero, Salsero recovers and faces Dr Cerebro, but then goes after Bombero Infernal, foolish enough, as he gets trapped by the three rudos and punished once again... Cerebro and Infernal do a half powerbomb on Salsero and Bombero does the scorpion death lock on the tecnico to force him to submit, next, Dr Cerebro puts Micke into another scorpion (but this one looked more like a 4 figure leglock) as the fall goes to the rudos.

2.- Salsero kicks into his comedy style and starts making the rudos look bad by slapping each other (and the referi), then is time for Super Muñeco's comedy stuff (which I don't find that funny), Salsero works with Dr Cerebro for a short time, at the end pinning him with a huracanrana. Somehow, Shiima ended out of the ring, so Micke could deck him with a tope suicida. Super Muñeco makes Bombero Infernal submit to a sleeper hold (?).

3.- Once again, the rudos are on command, the three of them stay on the ring beating the tecnico who gets there, then sending him back to the floor, Dr Cerebro goes out of the ring to attack Star Boy, who was in the ring side in street clothes. The brawling continues out of the ring for some time, later, Bombero and Salsero get into the ring and Bombero uses the 4 figure leglock on the tecnico, but Micke Segura enters to break the hold, and sends Bombero out of the ring with dropkicks. Next, Super Muñeco faces Shiima, note, this is the first time Shiima was on action as 'legal man' as opposed to action during a rudo brawling, anyway, Shiima doesn't get to do much, as Muñeco bodyslams him, then a legdrop and choke hold, Bombero enters to kick Muñeco and both him and Shiima go out as Bombero Infernal gets ready to fight with Salsero. They trade some slaps and Salsero goes to Bombero's shoulders, but Shiima connects him with dropkicks and both Salsero and Bombero go out of the ring, Super Muñeco puts Shiima into a double armbar move while Dr Cerebro uses a weird submission hold on Micke Segura (sort of a flying inverted swastica or something close to that). Bombero and Salsero made it back to the ring so the rudos can low kick the tecnico, the referees didn't see that, but anyway, one of them gives the match to the tecnicos by DQ.

I guess Shiima was sick or something as he did nothing at all here, a very dissapointing match, I guess the only thing building here is the possible hair match with Salsero taking Bombero Infernal's hair. Well, Star Boy - Dr Cerebro angle looks good, I think that Star Boy is a tecnico now, but you never know...

*** Texano, Pirata Morgan and America vs Mascara Sagrada (original), Super Parka and Matador.- Matador is Halcon Dorado jr using a new gimmick whic is another bullfighter thing (like Oscar Sevilla and Torero). America was a guy who started with a soccer team gimmick (like Chivas Rayadas), and lost his mask to Mascara Sagrada last year, now, he's look doesn't look as anything that resembles the soccer team.

1.- Before they can be introduced, the tecnicos are attacked by the rudos, and beated quite badly, with Texano using his 'cowboy rope' and Mascara Sagrada juicing and getting his mask ripped by Pirata Morgan. Nothing else to write home about, just a long rudo brawling, with an apparent foul on Mascara Sagrada near the end of the fall, but at the end, the referees didn't say anything and Sascara got pinned, Texano used the sharpshooter on Matador, while Pirata Morgan powerbombed Super Parka and America hit a tob turnbuckle senton to defeat Super Parka as well.

2.- Things doesn't change that much in the second fall, more beating, more blood, rudos have some chances to pin the tecnicos, but refuse to do so, I smell a 'exceso de rudezas' DQ here unless Texano and America miss their double clothesline on Parka and connect Pirata instead... well, they did, and the tecnico comaback is going on, more brawling with punches and kicks and some quebradoras con giro. They all go back and forth, with everyone hitting their moves more in their respective partners rather than on their foes, and at the end, Halcon uses a cradle to pin America, while Super Parka puts Texano away with the huracanrana.

3.- Somehow, out of nowhere, the three tecnicos get the rudos into submission moves, but the rudos don't give up, next, Mascara Sagrada gets some near falls on Pirata Morgan, Super Parka and Texano trade more pin attempts, followed by more of the same by American and Matador... then is time for Pirata and Sagrada again... More near falls, Pirata goes out of the ring, tope suicida, the other four guys fight for a while, the tecnicos deliver topes suicidas also, Pirata seems ready to do a tope of his own, but Mascara Sagrada gets him first with a tob turnbuckle side plancha, then more near falls, untill Mascara Sagrada gets the match with 'la casita'.

Well, the Mascara Sagrad vs Pirata Morgan mask vs hair match is ready, I guess they've been pushing that in other arenas, probably with Santito's bullfighting tour... it should take place on April 21 at Aguascalientes, so they will be out of Naucalpan for that show.

DISCLAIMER: I don't think this show was bad, actually, I guess it was at least OK, but I'm writting this while watching the Japan Cart prix, and is about the 2:30 hrs, so I don't find some of the matches that exciting...
