The Virtual Cushion - Actually a real cushion, not a virtual one, this was a PC Engine accessory that vibrated, like a Rumble Pack, or an Aura Interactor. I saw a demo of one at the 1992 CES, and, as a twelve year old, was very impressed. I'm not so sure now.
The Otoko Attack System - This was a Japanese system (evidently), which was actually sort of an interface between arcade boards and your TV. I've never seen one in person.
The WonderMega - The Mega Drive/Mega CD combo system, made by JVC. This system is shown with JVC's WonderMIDI cartridge.
Prototype 3DO - The prototype Panasonic model. Note the different controller and logo.
Pioneer's LaserActive - Originally sold for $1,300, It played PC Engine and Mega Drive games and had a karoake feature.
